Tooltip Links in Gutenberg’s RichTextToolbar

For the online platform of a research project with its own terminology, there was a desire for explanations for the terms directly at the place where they are used, similar to the tooltips of Wikipedia.

To make it easier for editors to create these tooltips, I have integrated a button into Gutenberg’s RichTextToolbarButton, which can be used to select terminology explanations via autocomplete. This saves a lot of clicks and reduces errors.
